We have used Love and Water twice now on Maui, and both times they have been phenomenal. Loved shooting with Adam, he is great with kids, and gets them to take great pics. I cherish the pictures and I am so glad we invested in them, as it’s a big chunk of money, but so so worth it. We ordered every single photo because we loved them all! Behind the scenes is great working with Shawn, and all the emails they send are really great and helpful. If you get the chance to book with them, do it because you won’t regret it!
I found Love & Water after some random google searches for photographers in Maui. Once I saw their instagram I fell in love with their work. My partner & I did a sunrise maternity shoot & the photos are BREATHTAKING! Everyone’s jaws just drop when we show them to the photos since they are so beautiful. Our photographer was super friendly & great at getting us to loosen up & suggest different poses. I also rented one of their dresses which was great because I ended up getting it wet & sandy & I didn’t have to worry about cleaning it after. We got our edited photos back quickly & couldn’t decide which ones were our favorites so we just purchased all of them. Can’t wait to come back to Maui & do another family shoot once our baby is a little bit older. We want to try a sunset session next. These photos were worth every penny. If you’re on the fence just do it. I’m so happy we have these happy memories with our family documented & in such a beautiful setting.
I've followed Love and Water Photography for YEARS on Instagram and dreamed of the day I could schedule a portrait session with them. My husband and I went to Maui in January 2023 with his family, and as soon as we had our plans firmly in place I booked a session. It was my first trip to Hawaii, and my husband's second (he hadn't been in 17 years), and with moving into our new house mid-2022, I knew I wanted the memories from our vacation to be printed and hanging in our home. We had so much fun! Adam was our photographer and in addition to a wonderful session, he gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do around the island. I can't recommend Love and Water enough, and I look forward to working with them on future trips!
Our family gets professional pictures done several times a year. This was our third photoshoot in Hawaii, but our first experience with Love and Water. They were, by far, the best photographers we have ever had. Adam was creative and directed us the entire time to get both the best poses and best candid shots. The location they picked was perfect. Pictures can be stressful, but was the easiest session we have had. Our kids are hard to keep still for photos, but Adam somehow captured incredible pictures of them. They turned out so well that I had to order every single one. We will always treasure these photos and these memories. We will definitely use them again the next time we are in Maui!
On a very special family vacation to Maui in Oct 2018, we had family photos with Love and Water! Adam did an outstanding job of capturing our family of 7 and making us all feel very comfortable! He knew exactly what our family needed as it was a very special trip to celebrate our Miracle Granddaughter who was born with CDH and fought so hard to survive!! We cherish all our memories of that special vacation, and our lovely Maui beach experience with Love and Water Photography.
