My fiance, Molly and I had a photo session during our trip to maui. I Can't say enough great things about our experience with Emily before during and after our photo shoot! She was very responsive and thorough during the planning process and was able to answer all my questions. She showed up a little early to make sure we were all set up and comfortable with everything. She was super polite and knew exactly how to make us not feel awkward during our session as there were other people around. The turnaround time was perfect for us to be able to get home from our trip and sit down, relax and enjoy the gorgeous photos she took and edited for us! She just made the whole process very fun and easy for Molly and I. We would DEFINITELY recommend using Emily for all your photo needs! We were absolutely blown away by how our photos came out!!! Emily is incredible; she was the perfect person to capture our surprise engagement while on vacation in Maui. She went above and beyond from start to finish with the planning process. We had a wonderful time with Emily. She worked with me in figuring out what I wanted in the background and she was able to suggest locations to us. She was also flexible in rescheduling due to weather conditions. She captured our natual essence and the photoshoot flowed organically. Emily made us feel so comfortable and she is good with children. We love the photos and we will treasure them forever!
Emily was a wonderful surprise after a long journey to the alter. My husband and I had rescheduled our wedding several times due to Coviid. While postponing a future celebration we decided to just focus on getting married in Maui. Since our original wedding was planned on Oahu we had nothing planned for Maui. We had to get an officiant and photographer within a day. Thankfully the officiant we booked found Emily for us. I'm so glad he did, and I was pleasantly surprised. We had never met or even spoken before the moment we were about to say our vows. Not only was I so grateful she was willing to come on such short notice, she made us feel so comfortable even though we had only just met. She wasn't afraid to climb on the rocks and get the perfect shot, and it felt more like we had a friend with us photographing versus a perfect stranger. Emily is kind, professional, talented and I would definitely recommend her to anyone. I am so grateful that Emily was a part of our journey and will truly cherish the beautiful photos she captured for us.
