Just got a 90 min deep tissue massage from Tim. I informed him of my lower back issues and he actually focused on relieving the issue, unlike most places. One of the best massage therapists I have ever had. I highly recommend!
My husband and I came here today on short notice for 90 minute deep tissue massage with hot stones. Luis and Tiana did an amazing job, both very experienced and talented, and made us feel amazing. We wish we had massage therapists at home in San Francisco that we love this much! I highly this spa!
I live in Tucson and get about 15-20 massages a year. We come to Kaanapali once every 1 1/2 to 2 years and decided to go off site from our time share and use local place for message. Absolutely the best massage I have ever had. My wife and I scheduled another one before we left.
My husband got a massage/facial combo and I got a massage. The whole place wreaked of air freshener and the space did not feel very clean. There was a live beetle on the floor of my room. The actual massage was okay, but the masseuse’s phone kept going off, both ringing and with texts. There also wasn’t any music playing and the walls were paper thin so I could hear everyone. My husband did not get a facial but instead got some weird face massage. I would not recommend.
Disappointing experience. My wife and I wanted a massage & facial as it was a rainy day in Maui and unfortunately our experience was underwhelming. The male masseuse looking after my wife continued to make remarks on her appearance as she is quite fit which made her uncomfortable and she said her facial was not good at all. Way overpriced for the service we received
