What a fantastic day my wife and I had on the Jun Ken Po hosted by Captain Ryan and 1st Mate Ross! The day started out with a beautiful sunrise and only got better from there. We caught an unheard of 7 fish! Bar none, this was the most exciting fishing charter we've ever taken. Ryan and Ross were highly knowledgeable and experienced fishermen. Their expertise was evident by the success we had. They told great stories, answered all our questions and created a great vibe for all the guests. I highly recommend hiring this charter!
I recently had the pleasure of going on a sport fishing charter with Captain Ryan & Ross with Steady Pressure Sport Fishing in Maui, and it was an amazing experience! We went on a shared charter. Captain was incredible! His deck hand as well was incredible. They both did a great job in explaining the fishing trip and how it all worked. They were both very knowledgeable. They were fun and accommodating. It was a very nice boat. It was overall a great experience. We caught a Marlin!!! and some Skip Jack. I highly recommend them. When I come back to Maui to fish I will definately will be using them.
Great charter in Kihei area, these guys are very knowledgeable and their experience shows. The boat is comfortable and the shared charter option is a deal. We caught a tuna and our first Hawaiian marlin on our 8-hr trip, which they would probably consider a slow day! Thanks for the memory!
I was able to get a short notice shared charter for Thursday, April 4th. Captain Ross was terrific and deckhand Hokolu (sp?) was a monster back there. At one point the mahi mahi were coming over the rail fast and furious and he kept all the lines clear and got us back fishing quick while Ross kept us on the fish. I missed out on a huge bite, sure would have loved to boat that one. I will definitely be booking again on my next trip here and everyone should keep the Jun Ken Po and Steady Pressure sport fishing at the top of their list. Mahalo!
